Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance
Responsibilities include the management of daily operation for compliance services related to prospective and
current student-athletes. This includes reviewing, tracking and auditing all decisions made regarding
admissions, financial aid and recruitment of student-athletes and monitoring all aspects of the process to ensure
NCAA and MAAC rules are being followed. Direct sport supervision for softball and men’s and women’s
swimming and diving.

Assistant Director of Athletics - Senior Woman Administrator
Duties include assisting in the compilation of the EADA Report and department budget, organization of a
monthly professional development for athletic department coaches, organization of the annual community meet
and greet for athletics and the direct supervision of the women’s lacrosse and volleyball programs. Serve as a
member of the Hall of Fame Committee, SUNYAC Student-Athlete Well-Being Committee and the Buffalo
State Intercollegiate Athletics Board.
Head Women’s Basketball Coach
Responsibilities included all aspects of coaching and administrating the women’s basketball program. This
includes recruiting qualified and diverse student-athletes, practice and game preparation, scheduling and budget
management, fundraising, hiring and supervising an assistant coaching staff. Coached five 1,000 point scorers
and the team was the regular season SUNYAC Champs in 2012 with a record of 25-3. Recruited and coached a
WBCA All-American in the 2011-2012 season and the second leading player in steals in the nation for Division
III during the 2008-2009 season. Honored as the 2012 SUNYAC and BCANY Coach of the Year.
Academic Coordinator
Prepare and submit all SUNYAC, ECAC, and NCAA reports and nominations for awards related to the
academic achievement of all student-athletes.
Adjunct Lecturer
Taught the course titled “Theories and Techniques of Coaching Basketball”.

Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach
Duties included the development of individual player skills as well as the planning and preparation of daily
practices. Additional duties included the organization of recruiting efforts for a national Division II contender,
preparation of game scouting reports, organization of tape exchange and the planning of clinics. Coached a
Kodak All-American, as well as the school’s all-time leading scorer.

Head Women’s Basketball Coach
Responsibilities included the organization of practices and games, national recruitment of student athletes,
management of the program budget, arrangement of team community service opportunities, fundraising,
development of summer camps and supervision of three assistant coaches. Team was selected to participate in
the ECAC post-season tournament in 2004 and 2005. Advanced to the Skyline Conference Championship
Game in 2003. Coached and recruited the school’s all-time leading scorer and rebounder, seven all-conference
members and two ECAC all-region players. Recruited a WBCA and D3Hoops.com All-American.

Provided instruction in physical education activities classes including basketball, tennis, softball and freshmen
fitness.

Duties included the day-to-day planning of practices and games, recruitment and retention of student athletes,
supervision of assistant coaches and monitoring of student athletes academic progress. Coached the school’s
all-time leading scorer and rebounder.

Functions included the management of all statistical information for the athletic department, design of athletic
publications, web page and writing of press releases.
Assistant Softball Coach
Responsibilities included practice planning, recruitment of student athletes and assisting with fundraising for the
team’s annual trip to Florida.
Resident Director
Direct supervision of nine resident assistants, assisted with upholding disciplinary procedure and on-call
responsibilities for the college.

Duties included assisting with team selection for open division, practice plans and game day coaching. Team
went on to capture the gold medal at the games.

Functions included the scheduling and organization of several intramural sports leagues ranging in size from 10
to 120 teams. Additional responsibilities included the hiring, training, scheduling and compiling of payroll for
