 VOCABULARY 18 : Quiz (set up your desks and backpacks in quiz form ) Show
Mrs. Theis how you separate desks, put away all items in backpack / purse and
stow those at the front, side or back of desk.
 When done, quietly turn in quiz to Mrs. Theis, then quietly gather your things
to do the quickwrite.
 One Page Quickwrite: It is Friday of the third week of school. How proud of
yourself are you for sticking it out? What issues are you having (if any) ? What
would you say to someone who is truly struggling and is thinking of quitting?
Give them 2-3 reasons for sticking it out. (Quickwrites will be turned in to
