Receptionist (m/f)
Your responsibilities:
•
service/ care for our international guests
•
all activities at the reception from check-in to check-out, including all administrative tasks
(cashing¸disposition of rooms..)
•
phone service
•
personal contribution to ensure service quality
Your qualification:
•
German skills on an intermediate level, strong willingness to learn the German language
•
experience in a reception role is desired

understanding of hotel industry and front office

Your responsibilities:
 care for smooth processes in all gastronomy sectors – breakfast service, restaurant, hotel bar
 professional high-level service for our international guests
 welcoming, placement, serving and advice concerning drinks and food orders
 cashing and invoicing
 handling of table reservations
 dealing with complaints
 personal contribution to ensure service quality and our internal standards
Your qualification:
 German skills on an intermediate level, strong willingness to learn the German language
 experience in a comparable role in a restaurant or hotel is desired
 good customer service skills
 flexibility concerning your working shifts
