To apply for and maintain a CCT you MUST be a member of the PRITC (for the entire season, no lapse).
All members must keep their membership active during the CCT times or guest fees WILL apply.
CCT applications will be accepted beginning Friday, August 15, 2013.
Each Family Membership will be allowed two separate CCTs, each Single and/or Junior Membership will be
allowed one CCT, until August 30, 2013 on a first come first serve basis.
Beginning October 1st all members may apply for additional CCTs on a first come first serve basis.
½ of the total CCT is due with application to insure CCT reservation for the 2013-14 Season.
WE ASK THE RESPONSIBLE MEMBER PAY OR HAVE GROUP TOGETHER TO PAY TO
ELIMINATE OUR administration burden AND PRIOR YEAR PROBLEMS COLLECTING FROM ALL
PARTIES. Thank you for those in previous years for already doing so.
Final 50% of total CCT is due no later than MONDAY, NOVEMBER 26TH, 2013 to pay remaining balance.
CCT is a contracted commitment (26 to 28 weeks). Sorry, NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CANCELLATIONS.
Each CCT is allowed 2 make-ups per season. Cancellation of the court time must be made one week in
advance to qualify for a make-up. Please call the front desk at 270-444-8363. We are always reasonable.
All players participating in a CCT must check in with the Front Desk before beginning play. Please be early!
All guest and non-members participating in a CCT must check in with the front desk and pay a $7 per hour
Guest Fee before beginning play. Members are responsible for making sure guests pay their fees.
Each contract represents one court, one time. Separate courts and times must have CCT reservation forms
completed along with the appropriate payment.
One can of Wilson US Open balls will be supplied for each reservation, to be returned to front desk after play.
Please list all “regular” players for our records. All players must sign Liability Release & Waiver.
Additional times (greater than 2 hours) can be contracted. Please see Nathan for details, etc.
