Supplies: 1.5 inch or larger notebook (used for Ecology only) with 5 tabs signifying,
Assignments, Notes/Vocab, Labs, Diagrams, Quizzes/Tests
pens, pencils, ruler, colored pencils---Appropriate clothing for outside days.
Course Description: Ecology is the study of interactions that take place between organisms and
their environment. This course provides an overview of plant and animal ecology.

Topics include: Habitats, abiotic and biotic factors, levels of organization, animal and
population studies, ecosystems and various environmental issues. (Students will study the
habitats, diversity, interactions of plants and animals)
