future needs of our customers. In order to meet these changing needs, our
development team has designed a flexible, web-based application that is
responsive, adaptable, and robust enough to handle customer demands.

Lean-Agile development methodologies.
Benefits:
• Lightweight framework using teams

Agile Development Process Benefits
Requirements
•
•
Past Development Process - Requirements are written then developers review the final
document before beginning any coding.
Agile Development Process - The requirements are prototyped with the business and IT on
a defined schedule, as often as daily, to meet changing needs.
Testing
•
•
Past Development Process - Testing is done at the completion of the development phase.
Agile Development Process - Testing is completed as each prototype version is completed.
Training
•
Past Development Process - Documentation is started at the end of the development
phase.
Agile Development Process - Documentation is created as created, and then updated as
each prototype version is completed ensuring documentation is readily available.
•
Deployment
•
•
Past Development Process - There is only one main release, and any problems or delays
mean the release may not meet the customers expectations.
Agile Development Process - A release is each reiteration of the prototype which means
there is always a working model.
