To deepen the understanding and confidence in innovation material for the trainer and by consequence for the learners.

Suggestions are given module by module in the following text o Literature – is intended to give the key foundations of the concepts presented from an academic and scientific viewpoint. o Further Reading – delves into the more practical dimensions of innovation

(from a modular viewpoint) and can be shared by the trainer with learners (as appropriate

– do NOT overload learners, but where warranted give individuals or the entire group certain useful items).
