Company Profile: Company is largest PVC pipe Manufacturer of India and manufacture every kind of PVC
pipe & fittings and second no.in India in the production of PVC Resin after Reliance.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
The incumbent will lead the sales initiatives and be fully responsible for achieving Sales, Realization and Credit
/ Outstanding targets in a specific geographical area in a Branch.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organizational
§
Ensure customer satisfaction of channel partners in a specific geographical area in a Branch by ensuring
dispatch of quality products at the ‘right’ time and by demonstrating transparent and fair implementation of
commercial policies.
§
Ensure customer satisfaction of end users in a specific geographical area in a Branch by ensuring the
delivery of efficient customer service and implementing transparent and fair policies pertaining to product
warranties and manufacturing defects.
§
Operational
§
Achieve the maximum Sales Realization by ensuring that discounts on the products / brands are
minimized, on an ongoing basis. Achieve collections as per the group’s commercial policy with minimal
outstanding.
§
Responsible for continuous flow of orders from the geographical area.
§
Coordination with the respective Head for timely order execution.
§
Responsible for the development of strong and vibrant distribution networks in concerned area.
§
Provide market feedback for new products and product improvement initiatives.
§
Achieve the maximum Sales Realization by ensuring that discounts on the products / brands are
minimized, on an ongoing basis.
§
Propose and implement trade promotion schemes and trade discounts from time to time in a specific
geographical area in the Branch as per the approval of the Branch Sales Manager.
§
Ensure continuous flow of orders from the Dealers in a specific geographical area in the Branch.
§
Follow-up for timely execution of orders.
§
Ensure the regular flow of market intelligence [i.e. information about competitor’s activities, and other
changes in the market environment which will influence the group’s business] to the Branch Sales
Manager.
