Record daily activities with grade and
number of attempts on weekly checklist.
Record questions for the next day on the
weekly checklist.
Requirements

Each day you must complete:

At least three ALS Sections
Or









At least three USA Test Prep activities
Games on USA Test Prep can only be used once per week.
You must use ALS and USA Test Prep each week. The combination and
days are your choice.
If it is not recorded on your weekly sheet, it did not happen.
A spiral bound notebook must be kept in date order. Messiness is okay as
long as all pages remain in the notebook.
Some days I will go over something with the whole group. These notes
should go on that day in the notebook.
