Automatic grammar checking: (52) (similar to the automatic spell checker feature) it checks the document for grammatical errors. When there is a grammatical error it underlines the text or phrase with a green wavy line.

Automatic spell checking: (51) identifies misspellings and words that are not in Word’s dictionary by underlining them with a red wavy line after you key them.

Clipboard: (49) a temporary storage place in the computer’s memory. This option is useful for copying and pasting.

Copy: (50) this is when a copy of the selected text is placed on the Clipboard. The original text remains in the document.

Cut: (49) this command removes the selected text from the document and places it on the Clipboard. It helps you move text from one location to another.

Drag and Drop: (51) when copying or moving text a short distance, you can use this quick method.

Overtype mode: (47) the text you key replaces, or types over existing text. Overtype mode is especially useful for correcting misspelled words or for replacing one word with another word of the same length.

Paste: (49) this is when text is copied from the Clipboard to the location of the insertion point. It helps you move text from one location to another.
