Homework must be handed in on time in order to get full credit.
If homework is not handed in on time a grade of 10 will be awarded. Homework that
is in on time can get a maximum of 100.

If absent from class there are three options:
1. If you are absent from class that homework will not be graded and won’t count
against you.
2. Hand in the homework early, with a friend or email it to me.
3. Complete an alternate set of questions in the maths opportunity day. (Friday)
However, you may only miss 1 homework per term due to absence.

Homework Tips
When given homework in any class, get it done the same night as soon as you get
home. It will be fresh on your mind.
Do your homework in a quiet place, avoid any distractions. Choose a different room
in your house other than your bedroom.
Try to complete the homework alone at first. Use your textbook, class notes, online
videos or websites to figure it out. If you are still having trouble ask your parents or
older sibling.
Come in on opportunity day and do the homework quietly at a desk. If having
trouble ask me.
