Annie
Hi! I’m Annie. (You can also called me Yu-Ju.)
I am the leader of group 3.
We may have more interaction than others.
Hope we can get on with each other.
Now, I’m going to introduce myself.
I’m 16, studying in 11th grade in Chu-pei High School.
I major in biology and I want to be a doctor in the future.
Let’s talk about my hobby, I love to read novel,listen to music(rock’n roll,pop, country,
hip-hop,even classical music. I like all kinds of music.), language learning ,traveling,
and also singing.
I have interest and talent in languages.
Now, I can speak 4 kinds of languages.
Including, Mandarin,Taiwanese,English,and Japanese.
I plan to learn more different kinds of languages after I graduate from high school.
I join the hot music club in my school, actting as the vocalist in my band.
Unfortunately, my father doesn’t like me to spend time on clud activity.
The reason of why I love traveling is that it makes me gain more knowledge and also
let me make more friends.
Making new friends always makes me cheerful.

Hi, I'm Alice. I'm a friendly girl whose hobbies are singing, chatting, watching movies,
reading novels and playing online games. The book I read recently is : "Divergent". I
think this is a pretty cool story and it tells us not only the story but humanity. I love
pop music! Maroon 5, Austin Mahone and Taylor swift's songs are my favorites. Their
songs really make me feel relax and easy to sing. My favorite singer is Austin Mahone!
He is absolutely so cute and hot!!!!! I have never been to America, but I think
America is a wondrous place. Celebrities, food, people, beautiful scene... everything
in there are so cool. Nice to meet you :)

Hi! My name is Peter. I’m sixteen years old. I studied in Chu-Pei Senior High School in
Taiwan. I’m glad that I can skype with you. My hobbies are jogging and reading
novels. I like jogging for it can make me relax. When the wind brushes my face, I feel
comfortable. My dream is to be a manager in a big company. I hope I can do my
utmost to accomplish it!

Hi, my name is Rebecca. I’m a grade two student in Chu Pei High School. When I’m
not studying, I enjoy listening to music, playing piano, exploring nature, and eating
food. I love eating different types of food, except bitter melon and lettuce. I also like
to play badminton and basketball. I’m very friendly and I always look for new
opportunities to make new friends. I’m always fascinated by the different ethnic and
cultural backgrounds of individuals I meet. I am very excited about the Skype
activity¸and hope to meet you next week!

Hello, teacher, my name is Ulin Yeh.
I was born on November 29,1997. I am 16 years old. There are 4 people in my family,
including my father, my mother, my sister, and me. I study in Chupei senior high
school. It’s a rich and colorful school. I made many good friends from there and also
feel happy every day because of them .
English is my favorite subject. Even in Taiwan we have to remember many words and
sometimes we may feel bored. But when I think one day I can talk to American even
make friend with them. I feel I am full of energy to remember more and more words
and practice .
On my vacation, I sometimes watch some English video, I am really interested in
many wise and originality person’s speech, for instance, Steve Jobs speech in
Stanford that let me learn a lot from it.
I am impressed by his motto “Stay hungry, stay foolish”.
In the future, I want be a nurse and go to many country to save patient and do my
best to give back to the society.
Week 2 (經過 Tutor 批改的為橘色)

I love to sing songs and listen to music during my free time.
I like Taylor Swift very much. (shake, shake, shake, shake, shake) ha haJ
Watching movies is also a lot of fun.
But the name of movies after translate in Chinese will be pretty different from the
name in English , so I think it may be a little bit difficult to talk about movie with you.
Reading is one of my favorite hobby.
I remember when I was in middle school, I went to bed at 2:00(midnight) just for
reading “The Hunger Games”.
“The Maze Runner” is running in theaters now. I plan to watch it with my
friends.(After I finish its original.)
Taiwanese students just have two long-term periods of holidays. Summer and
winter vacation.(winter vacation include the new year holiday.)
I really like to make new friends and go traveling at the same time. Consequently, I
often join the camps during the vacations.
For instance, I participated in a international communication camp this summer
vacation. And made plenty of new friends from many different countries such as
Denmark, Czech Republic, Italy, Brazil......
I don’t like to stay alone. As a result, getting along with my friends is truly important
for me.

movie recently. It's called "The maze runner." It's a really interesting movie, and it's a
little bit scary! I also like to hang out with my friends, we'll find a coffee shop and we
will order some drinks and chat. I usually go hiking with my family in my free time.
My mother loves to exercise, especially going to the highs and enjoy the cool wind
blowing on her face!
My favorite festival is Moon Festival. Families will barbecue and eat moon cakes or
some pomelos. Watching the big, beautiful moon makes me feel satisfied. It's so
great to see all my relatives!!!

Festival,we'll get together with our families and friends, Of course,we can't miss
some activities such as BBQ,wearing the pomelo hat and eating the moon cake. I like
it very much ,for it makes me and my family closer.

When I am not studing，I would find food and use different way to make it more

my habits,that makes me relax!Sometimes ,I like to watch my brother's soccer
games,I enjoy it and feel happy and excited!Because,my brother is my soccer idol! He
makes me want to join the game too!These are my habits that I enjoy in my leisure
time,but the best thing that I like to do is staying with my familiy,we laugh
together,watch movie together,that makes me forget the stress of my school work~
Chinese holidays are always related delicious food.I like Mid-Autumn Festival,Dragon
Boat Festival and Chinese New Year the most!we usually eat moon cake,grapefruit in
Mid-Autumn Festival. rise dumpling in Dragon Boat Festival,and Reunion dinner in
Chinese New Year .
When I am not studying, I find food and use different ways to make it more delicious.
I also like to exercise by playing basketball, badminton, and jogging. Reading novels,
playing piano and listening to classical music are also relaxing activities that I enjoy.
Sometimes I like to watch my brother's soccer games, they’re very exciting because
he is my soccer idol! He makes me want to play the game too! These activities I enjoy
in my leisure time, but my favorite thing to do is to spend time with my family. We
laugh and watch movies together and that helps me forget the stress of school.
There is always delicious food during Chinese Holidays. I like Mid-Autumn Festival,
Dragon Boat Festival and Chinese New Year the most! We usually eat moon cake and
grapefruit during the Mid-Autumn Festival, rice dumplings during the Dragon Boat
Festival, and Reunion Dinner during the Chinese New Year.
Ulin
When talk to my vacation, I usually go to ride a bike with my family in my hometown.
I think it is not good for our heath, but also can relax and make more happy
memorizes with family. When I ride a bike on the street, I can see many farmers and
workers, they all do their best on work. Sometimes I say hello to them, and they all
give me enthusiastic responses. I am very happy that I can live in country, and maybe
one day you can come to Taiwan to have an amazing experience with me.
During my vacation, I usually go to my hometown to ride bikes with my family. I
believe it is not only good for health, but can also help with relaxing and creating
good memories. When I ride my bike on the street I often see many farmers and
