How do we deal with younger and more senior
management working together, managing each-other
and in general keeping all going in the same direction?
Equally important – How do we best manage younger
and more senior purchasing leaders who buy from us? Meagan
Johnson is a foremost expert on generational management and
motivation. She will share with us how to leverage the experience of
the senior management with the new ideas of our younger
managers without either getting lost in the mix!

Development – These sessions will focus on managing our
most important assets – our PEOPLE!
Human Asset Development & Management - 3 sessions,
attendees may rotate participation in each as they wish!
A) Human Asset Aquisition – Speaker: Lorraine
Lavet, Korn Ferry International - What do
We need to do to secure the best and most
qualified managers into our company? How
do we find them, evaluate their fit with our
culture, the specific areas we need them to
achieve in and appropriately check their
experience? This session will offer this
information and much more!
B) Leading and Management of Human Assets –
How are the most successful companies
getting the most from all their managers?
How can we best motivate and lead these
key players to maximum potential? This
session will provide some key thoughts and
practices which match the needs and
desires of our Image Apparel Membership!
C) Divesting Human Assets – We do all possible
to “hire right” but every once in while our
efforts do not meet their goals. So what now?
From the “early warning” signs
forward….how do we secure documentation
to avoid lawsuits? How do we get these
problem workers back on track, and should
this fail…how do we safely and appropriately
remove them from the team? This session will
provide key practices for your use back at
the office.
4:15 to 6:00 pm Checking-In -Go Back to Work Time
We have tried to think of everything! We know we are
always concerned as leaders about all going on at the
office while we are at conferences like these – SO – here
is some time scheduled for those return phone calls,
checking in with the office and time to respond to emails!
By the time you get to the Reception you will be all
caught up!
6:00 to 7:00 - IAI Summit Reception Connect Hour
Here is yet another opportunity to business network with
new and old friends, discuss all we learned during the
day and enjoy adult beverages and appetizers!

Keynote Address: Surprise Guest (Hint major corporation
CEO!)
We complete our day with a great dinner and thoughts
from our surprise guest who is the CEO of a major
corporation we all know! Also an excellent opportunity to
business network, meet new contacts, suppliers and
possibly clients!
