Executive Summary.
• Milk is considered to be one of the excellent foods for
the people. It is the important source of first class
proteins.
• It is an essential food for the new born babies.
Traditionally, Dairying and pasturing activity was done
according to the domestic requirement.
• Due to urbanization, the demand for milk in urban area
has increased. His necessitated procuring, processing
and distribution of milk in scientific manner. This
resulted in the consumption of milk and milk products
has increased and paving way for new manufacturing
units.
Executive Summary.
• The demand of milk is quite agog to manfacturers and
estimated that 180 million by 2012.
• we should focus on increasing the productivity, which is quite
possible through certain initiatives.
• Thus finally gave rise to the birth of UNITED DIARIES
as a partnership firm, today the milk is not pure so our aim is
to give pure milk.
