Develop a strong narrative for Open Data in the G20 to gather consensus around charter
eg: 2% + more anti corruption studies; Link Anti Corruption work to each member’s capabilities, objectives and context
(using survey results)

Agree on the best timing to socialize the International Open Data Charter and start its adoption

Build an Open Data packet with a single narrative and position for our colleagues at other national agencies and key
people involved in G20, Post 2015 agenda, etc.
