Professional Career Summary
I am experienced Project Development Manager with extensive work experience of Project
Management in Telecom, Oil / Gas & Development Sectors Domain with the leading multi nationals.
At World Bank and bp I have provided range of Project Management services. With ZTE Corporation
I have been involved with Project Equipment Procurement, Imports & Logistics activities besides the
General Project Management of number of national importance Telecom Projects.
On Projects’ operational side I have been a result driven, hardworking and capable Project
Procurement Manager with a track record of significantly reducing costs and improving the programs.
Commercial imports are vital part of any business and I also excelled in this operational area by
maintaining a successful Commercial Imports Operation for Telecom Equipment at ZTE Pakistan, for
different telecom projects across the country with the combined worth of US $839M.
In my Logistics role I have been taking care of selecting and nominating the service providers ranging
from customs clearing agents, freight forwarders, transporters to marine insurance service providers.
I have also been involved in defining and finalizing the agreed KPIs with these service providers.
I have excellent interpersonal, presentation skills, full of energy and have leadership style of leading
from the front taking full responsibility while motivating and acting as a volunteer team player to help

 Responsible for Order Placement Timing, Supply / Demand Alignment, Material
Replenishment and Supplier Performance.
 Ensure a dedicated and professional procurement service for all requirements, generating
added value by improving purchasing processes and resulting in improvements to the
company’s bottom line.
 Control Local Procurement Budget in the range of US $08-10M.
 Manage and lead team of skilled and professional resources to deliver on complex RFQ/RFPs
ensuring procurement process is being followed throughout the purchase cycle.
